Our Refund & Exchange Policy

All goods sold at OhMyBike.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, if you have received any incorrect item, you may contact us and return the items for a full refund within:

  • 7 days of receipt for our local customers.
  • 30 days of receipt for our International customers.

Returns/Exchanges The item must be brand new, unused and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

For a bike to be returned, it must be brand new, unused, without scratches and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. The bike tyres cannot be used. 

Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt and invoice. 

Shipping  To return your product for a refund with a valid receipt, you will mail your product to: OhMyBike Pte Ltd, 259 Lavender Street. Singapore 338793.

You will bear your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over S$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular items can be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
