  1. How to order?
    Choose the product, add it to the cart, proceed to check out and make a payment with PayPal.

  3. What is the warranty of the product?
    The warranty of a product will be indicated on the product page.

  4. Can I extend my warranty?
    No warranty can be extended.

  5. Customs Fees
    You will be responsible for paying any custom duties and taxes.

  6. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and/or delivery fails, what happens?

    In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided or an unsuccessful delivery after the first delivery attempt and the order is returned to OMB, you can visit us at the store to collect your parcel. Alternatively, for local orders, we can arrange to resend your order and you will need to pay S$7 for small items and $20 for bulkier items.

  7. No delivery zones
